Our Ethics Line
Extreme Group maintains the Our Ethics Line as an essential part of the Ethics Program. It is a safe space for employees, partners, and the general public to submit suggestions, file complaints, or report suspected violations of our Code of Ethics, internal policies, or applicable law.
Visit Our Ethics LineTo ensure independence, confidentiality, and impartiality, the channel is managed by a specialized external company. Oversight is handled by the Ethics and Compliance Committee, ensuring that no involved party is included in the initial investigation.
We also guarantee non-retaliation for good-faith reporters, and the channel allows anonymous reports. At the end of the submission, a protocol is generated to track the progress of the report.
